Smoked chickins

I did a couple of 4 1/2 lb birds on the smoker this weekend ... Fantastic!!!!

just rubbed a bit of olive oil on them.. Loaded them up with jerked seasoning also some webbers kickin chickn, then stuffed some pineapple slices inside and a couple slices on top.

also a about 4 or 5 lbs of polish sausage just in case.. dont want to waste any of that smoke dont ya know.

4 hrs. on the smoker with some apple wood thrown in on the coals.

My bro and wife had salads just to top it off.. a cold beverage or two

I know this is food porn.

And there we were.. fat like tics wink.gif

what temp was it inside your smoker?

I try to keep around 225 - 250 deg. but that can be a challange with a charcoal smoker.
