Deer Chili

Pork fat.

I've mastered the deer chili secret link by adding pork fat, NOT GROUND BEEF.

For servings less than 8 people, use 3 strips of bacon. Drain the fat into your deer meat. Discard the cooked bacon....and it's on like Viet Nam.

Do everything else in your home-mix for chili the same. Don't change your recipe that you already like. You will be rewarded with stripper-at-a-poker-party-like goodness.

If you are serving more than 8, add more bacon.

It also may have something to do with .... errr ... any second... DEER !
