This new budget actually proposes "to implement a 'bail-in' regime for systemically important banks" in Canada. "Economic Action Plan 2013" was submitted on March 21st, which means that this "bail-in regime" was likely being planned long before the crisis in Cyprus ever erupted.

I really miss the provocative thoughts of Hair. His last thoughts on the "Global Elite" seem to be at least partially realized when one considers some the new Banking Rules that may be forthcoming from our beloved Treasury Department.

Until the Banking Rules are finalized under the Guise of Regulations issued under the Dodd-Frank Banking Act we will not know the full impact. One thing is certain, Wall Street will not be hurt, but the Middle Class, what is left of it, may take a hit-especially with their Pension Plans and 401K's.

Rob from the Middle Class and give to the Rich and the Poor. This seems to be standard theme regardless of which political party is in power.
